I called well in advance to arrange early pickup and was told by an employee that there would be no issue and I’ll just have to pay an early pickup fee, which I accepted. After going to the office ahead of schedule, as arranged, completing the paperwork with an employee took over an hour as she decided to help 2 other customers sorting my pickup. Booked a car from Ctrip for 5 days. Quick response, fast pick up. Only 10mins from YVR, friendly staff. Chad Ishini and Iris explained every single detail. Got the full coverage from them, save me from hassles. Don’t get third party insurance cuz you will have to prepay the damage if something happens. Will definitely come back for next time!
