I spoke with 4 different lenders located in Socal and ended up going with Truss. I definitely am glad I chose to do so, as the experience with them was nothing but excellent for my wife and I. I want to especially thank Scott for helping us every step of the way, along with the rest of his team. Once rates come down, we'll be looking to refi our 1st and new 2nd mortgage.

I reached out to this lender to apply for a bank statement loan. I spoke to Guillermo Correa who sent a generic email with a list of required documents. I sent the documents we had discussed. His communication were single word emails with no explanations. I called back and was handed over to Cesar Mendoza. I also emailed him additional information and never heard back from him.
