I have been attending Pilates at Revive Studios for almost 3 years. I was reluctant to begin because I had 2 knees that were bone on bone. With the help of June and Claudine my knees began to improve, but was still in need of TKR. I decided to have knee surgery on one knee in January; surgery and rehab went very well. This is the only place in the Chester area that offers these services. We did the 60 min sauna. It was relaxing. They also have a salt cave room. The place smells wonderful. They also offer salt lamps and other items for sale.
The Salt Shoppe in Chester is a hidden gem! I’m able to breathe 🧘♀️ better & escape my busy day!
Wonderful visit to the halotherapy sauna at The Salt Shoppe in Chester, NJ. Went in achy and lethargic, exited revitalized and revived. The infrared heat eased the pain in my joints while the eucalyptus aromatherapy, salt and heat worked together to allow me to relax and breathe more deeply. The cool lavender scented cloth was the perfect conclusion to the experience. Picked up a few fun items on the way out: flavored cooking salt, Himalayan salt scrub and organic honey. I will return!
