i drove an hour and 15 minutes for them to tell me when i got there that my appointment was cancelled, i got a text confirmation the night prior, no phone call no email to tell me my appt was cancelled today. i see they have fees charged if you cancel last minute, funny that they don't have the same courtesy for their customers. waste of my time & gas. booked in amherst for tomorrow at a more reliable spa!
I moved away from Nova Scotia and had not been back for seven years! It was like reuniting with family members. All the staff members, including Dr. Van Aardt’s beautiful (youthful) wife, are the most wonderful, professional, caring people.
