I had my first appointment with Nicola as I was suffering with severe muscle tightness, and poor shoulder mobility. Just after the first visit I noticed a massive difference. So I booked a second visit immediately after. Nicola is not only healing your tight muscle/facia, but she also carries out visceral manipulation and vagus nerve reset methods that leave you feeling out of this world. 100% recommend.
Nicola is really great at releasing tension and re-balancing the body, working with various techniques, she really is one of the best around.
