Pam is vindictive, petty, and easily offended. She will go off on you over just about anything, and will make sure to find a way to get back at you. One time, I stated I was so thankful for her help thus far, and her response was to call me passive aggressive. During a long and drawn out court battle, we asked her to review some charges on our statement. I left three concise, clear and reasonable voicemails over the span of one week inquiring about contracting the services of this law firm for a real estate transaction. I never received even a single call in return. I'm happy for them that they have enough business to be able to turn down clients this way.
