I had a great experience working with Garrett for knee pain and stiffness from running. He took the time to understand what was causing the problem, explaining the exercises clearly and creating a recovery plan. I'm back to running with much less pain and stiffness. I would recommend Garrett to anyone with running related injury

My experience with these guys has been really good, He took me from having constant knee pain while running, Narrow down the problem areas and gave one on one instruction and instant feedback to correct the problem, Seven weeks later, I’m able to exercise, run and train for my first triathlon and 50 K ultra Marathon with no knee pain. Garrett is AMAZING! He is extremely knowledgeable and gets right to the issue. He gives clear and effective exercises that are very do-able. He listens first, explains things so they are easy to understand, and knows how to do manual therapy and give exercises that will do exactly what you need. I am very grateful to have come across him! Highly recommend.

Garrett helped me with post surgery PT after my cervical disc replacement. He did manual therapy and cupping at the beginning of every appointment. That coupled with the exercises really made a difference with my pain level.
