very professional and efficient service.
I haven't had an open account with Trumark in years, yet I started getting account notices from them. I have tried calling the Plastic Card Administration, which is an off-shore call center that took over 30 minutes to try and validate my account and also tried contacting the branch I used to be apart of, but you can't get a hold of anyone. All my login credentials in their portal all say my account doesn't exist, yet Trumark keeps sending me account notices in the mail. Have gone downhill in customer service.
