I would not recommend TruMark to any of my friends or family or even business partners. They have been the worst experience ever in banking. I opened an account with Inspire Credit Union and after seeing how great they are I already started the process of moving away from TruMark. There employees are very nice but there management is not the best and you are never able to talk to anyone above level 2 with your issues. I'm giving Trumark Financial Credit Union a at 2 Star they do hold your money hostage if you have a loan out with them or a credit card. with them if you forget to make your payment they won't allow. you take money or use your debit card until the account is paid I find that as bad business but that's my own personal opinion
