I genuinely did not have a good experience with TruMark. This bank was originally chosen by my ex, and my experience since has been frustrating and inconsistent. I was prevented from withdrawing over $5,000 from a joint account, yet the other account holder was able to drain over $20,000 without issue. That inconsistency alone is concerning.
