This branch in Dowingtown has the worsr customer service. Every time I've been To this bank there been a problem. I've been a member for well over 20 years and today I was treated terrible ELIJAH BANK MANAGER Needs training on how to treat customers. Bank tellers, take example from Branch Manager It's no wonder they have such a poor rating at 3.7 stars My suggestion go to the West Chester location. Well trained, very very helpful and super nice

I have never had such a bad experience like I did at this branch. I was dismissed, talked down to and basically told to take our business elsewhere (to a different location) after we wanted to get more information from another branch manager on a loan question since we weren’t really being helped at this one. Specifically one banker was continuously talking to my family and I in a very rude and dismissive tone proceeded by then telling us if had nothing else to show that they had other people to get to.
