Very rude and inconsiderate!
I’ve been a longtime supporter of Habitat for Humanity ReStores. Over the years, I’ve made many purchases and donated a significant amount of home improvement items because I believed in the mission of keeping usable materials out of landfills while helping provide safe, affordable housing in our community. Unfortunately, my experience at the Independence location the other day was extremely disappointing. I arrived with an entire truckload of home improvement items to donate. This place is great and the manager, Caleb Ready is great as well! My grandfather worked on Habitat houses when he was alive and I know how wonderful a nonprofit Habitat is, but to know that they have hired employees and management to run the ReStore in Blue Springs that are always kind and helpful is awesome! I forgot my wallet in a cart as my husband, daughter, and I rushed out of the store at closing on Saturday, and didn’t notice until I went to pay at another store pretty far from there.
