I can't say enough about Dr. Adam and the Trulife program. My husband and I began our journey in January 2025. As of this writing, 07-01-2025, we have lost a total of 75 lbs; and, reduced our prescription medications by 10!! (Husband reduced from 4 to 2; and, I reduced from 8 to 1!!).
