When asked if they take Canpay, the staff member said she didn't know. And them without even trying to find out decides it's not something the business uses. Says something like "I don't remember my manager saying anything like that." I pressed her bc many Trulieve locations use it. She did not offer any customer service whatsoever or try and figure out if they accepted it. Just pointed me to the ATM. Went in last week and Dora was my bud tender and let me tell you every single time she is my bud tender I legitimately have the BEST experience. Her knowledge and personality are one of a kind, she acknowledges that I'm a loyal customer and drive an hour and half atleast once or twice a week and totally makes my time worth it. Keep up the exceptional customer service , you have made this my go to store :)
