Went over there to go talk to Ted and get some baklava flower but the only thing was he wasn't there. It was nice to get some swag and the 2gs but really wanted to talk to Ted. An throw him some ideas that I told his crew about.

Easy and fast experience. Everyone was super friendly and informative about the products.
Such a disappointing experience. The customer service was extremely poor, and I found the behavior of the lady manager to be very rude and unprofessional—she made me feel quite uncomfortable. One of the tall male staff members even insulted me as I was leaving, which was completely unacceptable. The only reason I visited this place was because it's within walking distance from my home, but after this experience, I will never return. The management and staff need serious training in how to treat customers with basic respect.
