Tony was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great customer service and even though they were busy still was not a long wait.only reason for 4stars is because we have to go back and exchange a vape that wasn't liked and think it is leaking

Great store fast service and amazing staff!
The good news is that Trulieve has a ton of product to choose from. No issues there. But the energy when you first walk in feels undeniably tense. The front check in area and waiting room layout put whoever’s walking through front and center, making the whole space feel awkward and performative. It’s not a comfortable setup, especially for patients who just want to ease in quietly. I’d recommend reconfiguring the lobby and check in flow to feel less exposed and more welcoming.
