Borderline illegal practices ran by people who don't know what they’re doing. The last couple of months, the products are just awful. I’ve come here over the years and all the good employees have left which speaks volumes about how management is. Place should honestly be shut down.
Today was my first visit to Trulieve KOP. Helpful and friendly staff- Barbara was great - I told her what I was looking for and she explained all of the product choices and details of each. I will definitely return!!
How can you not love this happy store! Everyone is so friendly, helpful and on the same vibe.
