It was a positive experience all around. Staff is really friendly, knowledgeable, and take the time to explain the product to you, how to use your rewards and what not. It was a lot of information for me, but at least now I know what to look for and will learn along the way, and either way, these guys know their stuff, especially the guy that was helping me, wish I remembered his name. Loved his dreadlocks though.

The customer service here is by far the best in Jax, Rodney is always super helpful & recommending new stuff to try!
