On my recent visit, I handed the cashier $25 in cash for a purchase that totaled $12.50. Instead of giving me my $12.50 change, the receipt shows they only rang up $5 in cash and pulled the rest from my points leaving $20 of my cash completely unaccounted for. If you have a chance to get katie as your budtender I highly recommend it she gets you in and out and if there is any discrepancies on trulieve side she will get it figured out and make sure you get your product.
I just had to let yall no, this store has the best customer service. It's very clean, well stocked, and I highly recommend! The manager Katie really knows her stuff. She spent a lot of time with me because I was having a little bit of issues with my card. Everyone is very kind and pleasant. If you're anywhere near this area, definitely stop in!
