It took 20 minutes to deposit a check. I walked in and saw a line of five people and only two tellers to service both the drive thru and walk in members. I assumed they were short staff until 3 other employee sporadically exited the vault to help out. It was 3:40 pm on a Friday. They know when it will be busy and it felt like they wanted to take their merry time doing other things. They also left the vault door open the entire time I stood in the lobby and it was still open when I left.
I recently went to Truliant Federal Credit Union, thought about opening up an account, I bank with several others banks. I am a business woman. Upon arrival I noticed that there were no African American employees, I was stunned, their racial make up were Hispanics! No diversity whatsoever! Maybe perhaps there are a few African Americans employed in some capacity at Truliant but they are not visible to the public perhaps?? Now, why is that? Truliant has always treated me good when I go to do my transactions. They make me feel important and they are very courteous and they are Professional. They even handle your the lending very quickly. They are so courteous and quick to the point. Thank you Truliant for being there for our family.
