Went in for a debt consolidation loan. What I asked for would've covered it plus but got rejected (off but I get it). My problem is, THEY came back with a counter offer, which I accepted, but then THEY rejected that... they're own counter offer?! And off the exact same information! Really feeling lied to or conned! As a new customer, not a good experience!
