I just had the worst, most time wasting experience I have ever had at any Truliant location, or any financial institution for that matter. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES PROPERLY. I literally came in for simple change, and to withdraw some money from my account which should have been quick and easy and always has been, yet I had the displeasure of dealing with Don Collins.
