Clean, friendly and knowledgeable
Really great to work with very much takes all aspects of a person situation . However, the amount they approved was Not what was requested and not in based on true circumstances that were reported by Equifax so the amount approved was not significant enough to meet my needs. I accepted the amount, hoping to build on it in the future because it had already dinged my credit.
I really like the service in this bank, they are very nice. And they always have time to explain what the customer needs.
I don't like to have taken care of opening something new, then have to go and wait in another area while they reach someone for approval. As in other banks and credit unions, the person waiting on me should be able to handle entire transaction.
