Worst worst customer service. Sitting in my car since 8:30 waiting for them to open at 9 am to just open the door and tell me they are open at 10am without placing a single note at the door. Rude!!!
The constant request for documents over 3 days was disruptive. A list of needed documents handed to us when we applied would have been helpful Also 3 different people gave us 3 different answers to when the funds would be available. They were all wrong. Having said that I want to say that working with Gustavo and Meranda were a plus...they were responsive and helpful in answering all questions. and importantly, the rates are very good. 5 months later and we are finding some more of the info we received was inaccurate.
