The constant request for documents over 3 days was disruptive. A list of needed documents handed to us when we applied would have been helpful Also 3 different people gave us 3 different answers to when the funds would be available. They were all wrong. Having said that I want to say that working with Gustavo and Meranda were a plus...they were responsive and helpful in answering all questions. and importantly, the rates are very good.

I have truly enjoy Gustavo from park rd location. He was amazing and very nice to me. Also Mr. Alex from southend is super sweet. Truliant is the best
