Worse bank I have ever dealt with. They did not pay a bill to the government and said it was an error on their part. I received a $75 penalty and was told to bring it into the branch. When I brought it in they said it was their fault but since the penalty was not their penalty they could not pay it. So you admit it was your fault but want make it right? Absolutely horrible credit union 'behind the scenes' process systems. They use a 3rd party billpay service called Mecavante. When your bills are paid through your billpay, they actually grant you a "line of credit" to pay that bill, then go into your acct and take the money out (up to 3 days after). This 3rd party company does, Mecavante does... NOT truliant. If you misplace a debit card and need a new one overnighted, they will charge you $37 fee to overnight an envelope.
