I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Truliant has been incredibly frustrating. My account was closed for inactivity without proper notice, and after spending hours on the phone, I still have to return to the branch in person just to resolve issues involving checks that were issued incorrectly, later canceled, and ultimately resulted in a bounced check. Very good at explaining the loan details
The folks that work in those multi use offices in this branch.. are something else.. they prioritize you depending on how you look.. in my case.. one of those ladies sitting in one of these offices.. she was available, but went and pulled the Hispanic teller to talked to me.. as she thought I only spoke Spanish.. she made it look so obvious that it was ridiculous.. I didn’t say anything to the guy who spoke to me as I was already having a bad day… but we will soon come to an end with this bank.
