I moved out of state and Truliant shut my card down with no warning. My only option provided by them to get access to my money is to come in branch and get a new physical card. I should not have to pay for a $1000 flight to get access to my money
The worst bank ever! I called asked told them I switched website providers and asked them to stop payment, the lady said of course well she didn't do her job and let them charge me. They seen where I spoke to this woman and didn't care. I'm closing my account. DO NOT DO A BUSINESS ACCOUNT HERE! THE WORST EVER!
