Been with Truliant for almost 20 years but twice in the 60 days they have locked CC account with no call, email, text whatever it is they say do. I have verified all my information twice. IN the middle of a snowstorm and needed to use my card and of course its locked and since its after 5pm I can' t get any help till tomorrow when whatever local branch opens. Your after hours call in is about useless.
After 20+ years with TFCU, I am taking all 10+ accounts and moving them to another CU. Awful customer service. Awful small business support. Awful member service. In the past few years, they have gone downhill. I would list the multiple issues we have, but you're not going to care anymore that they do (don't)
