Matthew MacArthur is highly experienced and I found out through my experience with him to be a true professional . I recommend him very, very highly. Mr.McArthur is great during the “free” consultation and the meeting where you sign a contact and pay in full . After that card is ran , you will no longer get any response from him . He admits that he can not get to his 200 plus emails a day ( which is his job correct ) after being ghosted for two weeks . I fired him and retained new counsel . He spent 1.8 hours on my case and a credit pull and ghosted me for 2 weeks, and decided that a 50 percent refund was appropriate. Ethics obviously don’t matter to him .
