John made account management smooth. He is very knowledgeable & competent.
I visited the Truity Credit Union on Washington Ave last week and felt compelled to comment. Upon arriving I was greeted by a representative named John Dyer. He was polite, friendly and sympathetic to my need for direction and help. I was certainly surprised by his ability to hear me, not just listen and take control to finish. In today's society, John was a breath of fresh air. Just for a moment I was back in 1979 leaving the original branch downtown. Hold on to this employee, he's a gem.
