Very disappointed with this group as they came highly recommended. This year I was encountered with a situation that required me to file my returns in early February. I spoke with my CPA and he assured me that he would be able to complete it within a week or two. I uploaded all the required documents and sent a confirmation email and text. From there it started; the promised target date kept getting pushed back further and further. I was never able to directly speak with my CPA after leaving voicemails and sending emails.
