Went into Truist today with my elderly father with literally $10,500 in hand, walked up to Heather’s station. She took the denomination slips off the cash got into the safe with the Cash looked up the account then handed me back to Cash and told me she couldn’t take it when I said you can’t take $10,000 in cash and you need to count it back to me she refused and told me that I could count it over there pointing to a desk across the room and I told her no I will count it right here in front of you and you should count it back... read more

Amanda is SUPER rude... I barley even said anything and she just comes at you... Good gosh... Idk how you can treat people, and talk to people that way...

Had a phone appointment with Amanda to renew a CD. She didn’t call and I couldn’t get through to the branch via phone, which is a common occurrence. Called 6 times. Will be taking our money to a credit union. Bad service has become the norm at this branch. It’s not acceptable, especially when dealing with time sensitive products like CDs.

Service was horrible. Amanda was super rude to me and this was not the first time. I needed a change order and she told me a normal person wouldn’t do it this way, which was really offensive.
