Went to use the atm to make a deposit and the whole atm froze up. Took my money and card so now I gotta sit here and wait for it to reset and hope and pray I get my money and debit card back. This is bad business especially when I need access to my funds and now don't have that access. I will more than likely close my acct and go to another bank due to this issue. Update they got my card back after 45 min and told me the money will show in my acct til they came out and unjam the atm to verify i deposited 200 dollars. Needles... read more

Fix your ATM. The amount of times I go by in the evening and it's unavailable is unbelievable. The last two days it's been unavailable both days. It's the 21st century. This is pathetic.

Every teller at this bank was rude. Every teller had I don't give a shit attitude. The first teller I talked to exhaled, I was bothering them. I have never been disrespected like this in a bank in my life. The sad thing about this post, I know it falls on deaf ears. I know not even bank management will give a shit. The tellers will give a bullshit explanation, Me and my wife were being unreasonable. That will be the end of it. Wounder what corporate would say when a multi-million dollar account was closed out.
