Wait time is awful and you know as only person in line! First experience with them just to pay a car payment
If I could give zero stars, I would. Michele Hull is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. She completely lacks any customer service skills. I wouldn’t bank here even if my life depended on it. This job doesn’t seem like the right fit for someone who appears so miserable. It’s no wonder this bank has only two stars. I’ve already reported her to corporate. You never know what someone might be going through, and you could very well be the last person they see or speak to. It’s frustrating.
Can’t say enough bad things about this location. Refusing to deposit a check that is addressed to ME on behalf of my child who is on hospice. Taking the check to another location just last month, they informed me that the check was done correctly in order to be sent my bank account, but oak ridge branch refuses. They accused my husband of money laundering when trying to deposit a measly $500 into my account. Not to mention the huffing and puffing and rolling of the eyes when you walk in the door.
