Waiting in line inside long time one person at the windows trouble customer service
I am switching again after going through all the motions to get everything switch over to truist. They mishandled my account by depositing a large cash sum somewhere else and held my check hostage for over almost ten days. Now they will not honor the $400 to open a new checking account because i did not enter the coupon code at the time i opened the account which i find complete BS (this was literally only a week or two before and i was never offered the $400 gift). My debit card was blocked so I called Truist customer services, Christine is true example of outstanding customer service, She solved my problem and answered all my questions, she is doing her job so well I really appreciate her efforts.
Today at 1 I went to drive thru it was closed then went inside to 1 line open and many ppl were waiting to get service .I've been banking at Truist back when it was Third National..This place has the worst service ever and not friendly at all.I need to go ahead and move my money to Regions soon.
