Do not bank with Truist. They have an archaic approach to banking. Their lines are too long; they are slow; their phone system is poorly designed; and they are not attempting to be efficient.

Will not be returning to conduct business. Careless tellers. They were too focused on their phone rather than their job. Th teller with long black hair and glasses does not care. She looks annoyed just to be there. Does not make eye contact and does not answer questions.
