I wish I could give negative stars. Every Truist bank I have ever dealt with has poor customer service. I waited an hour to renew my CDs only to be told the person wasn’t available. I will be closing all my accounts and going back to Robins FCU.
Called, but the voice message answered and hung up before I could leave a message.
Always been open from 8a - noon on Saturday since i started banking there in 2017. Guess they just decided not to be open anymore
