Absolutely inept customer service at this branch. A truly baffling and bewildering level of incompetence.
Their ATM ate the $20 I was trying to deposit. I went into the branch and talked to a teller; she took about half an hour to create a case. She said they count cash on Thursdays and I should hear something by then. It's Monday, and I haven't heard anything at all from them. I called the branch, and she put me on hold, then hung up on me while I was still holding. She called me back a few minutes later without any apology, acting like I was the one who hung up.
