Do not bank with Truist. I’ve been waiting on a check to hit my account now since January 28. It is now February 2, and when I called to see when The check was going to be in my account. They told me February 9. Why in the world would ever take two weeks for a check to clear? Truist is the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with seriously.
I love that the staff remember my name on the second visit. Everyone so friendly and makes you feel like you are number one .
