The blountville Branch is awesome The best bunch of employees of any bank I've ever been to.
This has been the worst possible bank I have ever used. The customer service is horrendous. Save yourself the trouble and go to First Bank & Trust.
Been a customer for 20 yrs when it was BB& T now Truist.Never had a problem with them. Always helpful and professional and very friendly
