I went to make a cash deposit of a few hundred dollars to my wife's Truist account since she was working today and leaving town in the morning. I got to the bank filled out the deposit slip and the manager, who was at the teller station, asked me if I was on the account. I said no but my driver's license shows the same address and last names are the same. I had such a positive experience at this branch. I came in on Saturday at 11am, and the employee was so fantastic. She treated customers with kindness and patience. What a great branch! I live in another state, and I thought I would have difficulty resolving my transaction, but the employee was so understanding and effective! She quickly resolved my issue!
