My mother went up to the BB&T on Buchanan Trail in McConnellsburg,PA and got Trudy Morton and she has been extremely disrespectful to my mother over the course of months. My mother gets her balance and she acts like it is a problem for her when that is her job. I too work for a bank and we do not treat our clients like that.
