The staff here is hitting it out of the park. Mohamed is friendly, always smiling and warm, and always helpful. Heather is great too. Just went to have something notarized and it was a smooth experience. I would hate to see him go from this branch but he is destined for bigger things! One small critique which is not their fault is the narrowness of the ATM lane. Too easy to curb your wheels! I sometime walk up because of this.
Excellent customer service at the Finksburg Truist Branch!! Mohamed and Heather are awesome ! Taking time to greet me and help resolve any issues, as well as giving good financial advice.
The worst Truist I've ever been to, and won't be back. Every time I have been there it has been through the drive through and the wait is ridiculous! There's no reason for them not to alternate between the inside window and the drive through. Worse experience i ever happen to me in my life on this branch i been client of this bank for so many years but employee’s and manager treat me like a delinquent person just for be a Spanish personal i think they refuse to cash my check The worst people I've ever met.
