This bank thrives on how slow they can provide customer service! Why do I come? Because it is closest branch to me. But after today, I need to go to a new branch….it will be worth the travel.
Wanda. At this branch is so helpful. Kind. And always friendly and smiling. Made the banking experience easy and quick.
Bad customer service. Took me 30mins to cash a check. They don’t even apologize and feel that it’s ok to keep having me wait and offer to deposit instead of cashing the check. It’s ridiculous.
Please have a sign up sheet. So many people cut in line, took advantage of a person sleeping and told the manager they were next
ATM doesn't work - dock a for that. At least the employees acknowledged it. Otherwise, I've had good interactions with jessica and Niketa (sorry if I spelled the name wrong). Both have been very helpful with past account openings/closings.
