I opened a checking account at the 201 N Tryon branch and the banker was so nice and helpful. The teller was friendly and professional. Everything has gone well for the past 6 weeks since I opened the account. Truist website and app very good and easy to use. I ordered checks, used bill pay, debit cards and ordered foreign currency. No issues at all.
One star is too much for this bank! The customer service is the worst and for most customer related issues they cannot help over the phone instead the direct you to go to one of their branch offices. This company is a joke!
