Unethical credit card marketing practices. Very disappointing.
Keep sending junk mail to our house and their customer service reps say they don’t have a way to turn it off. Doesn’t seem to be a lot of competence at this organization.
I would give zero stars if I could. I have been trying to get my title paperwork situated for over two weeks now. I sent them my divorce decree and the name change request TWICE and they still say "just call back in a few days" every time I call. They can't make up their mind if it is in processing or if they haven't received it. They go back and forth between the two answers. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
