I hope this bank goes out of business. What an atrocious company
Truist was recommended to me for a small business checking. It really is one of the worst banks there is. Just don't do it. Open an account at Bank of America, Wells Fargo or a credit union. It's the bottom of the barrel.
I just wrote a review for a Truist branch but felt it only fair to write a review about Truist HQ, as corporate Truist is the bigger issue. I sent Truist a check on 8 August (six weeks ago) to pay off my vehicle loan and they lost it... Okay, I will be fair; there is a <1% chance that the postal service lost it.
