Absolutely biggest piece of filth on the planet since they merged and became Truist. Their system will tell you one thing they read from the script out of country actors will tell you another. Can’t even get your gender right after multiple corrections. They will cancel the debit card that you didn’t request cancellation on and then send your debit card to an old address after you’ve updated your address before ordering a new one. It’s now been seven days and it’s gonna be another seven. #LookingForAnotherBank
I don't usually write reviews like this but I cant help but share the horrible experience we have had with Truist. We didn't choose to bank with truist. Our local credit union sold our loan to them. The nightmare with this organization goes back to the beginning. We were never notified that the loan was sold to them. They never contacted us about it being sold. They were incredibly difficult to reach to get automatic payments set up. My vehicle was a total loss and trying to just get something simple like a loan payoff amoun... read more
