I had workmans comp check that was deposited into my account via the mobile app then 10min later I get a email that a exceptional hold has been placed on my check because it looked suspicious like it will not be made good, my account was in the negative, we had the snow storm coming to PA where I live I went to my local branch twice no help I spent 2hrs on the phone and noone will release my money that I need, I will be changing banks

I went in tonpayoff my car loan and after getting to the teller after about what seemed to be 10 minutes may have only been 5, but i was told i would have to take a seat. probably due to the amount i was paying. I sat down for about 5 more minutes and the manager came out of the office and was apologetic for have to wait. she definitely did not look pleased with the teller for making me have a seat, but it was fine by me and the people working there were as nice as could be. expected.
