Worse than one star. Way worse than one star. If you want to walk up to a teller, and ask a very specific question about a $211,000 deposit, follow their advice, and then find out a week later that your $211,000 deposit is in limbo somewhere, and by limbo I mean that even the people at the branch where you deposited the check cannot tell you what's going on, this is the place to go. This branch has the friendliest staff I've ever dealt with. One Banker at this branch steered me in the right direction and I am so grateful. This branch deserves an award for best staff ever!!!!! Thank You NICHOLE!!!
This place never answers the phone and when they do they say "please hold" before you have time to say anything and then never come back to take the call that they put on hold in the first place. Very frustrating. We will be moving our business to another local bank . Thank you
