By far the best bank I've ever had. I'm so glad I opened an account here. The people are super nice and helpful. My wife and son even opened an account because of my good experience here. Thank you Kutztown Truist.
Such odd banking hours then make it to where you just barely can’t make it in. It’s like a comically cartoon scene that the door closes as you’re walking towards it.

They are closed on Saturdays. The ONLY day I’m off.
Been going to that bank for 47 years. Has changed hands and names 7 times during that time, and Truist is the worst. Nobody answers the phone, or responds to voice mails left. They failed to send my wife's debit card and my business debit card even after calling them two weeks before to ask where they were. These people just don't give a crap about there customers.
