Run the other way fast
Truist in general has forgotten that their primary role for the Majority of their customers, is to provide a service. Instead, they attempt to control how, and when you are able to access your own money by placing daily limits on debit cards, which many times they refuse to modify, evert after you go thru the difficult process of actually getting to speak to a human.
