I went into Truist today to do a wire transaction, and I was happily surprised by the service that I received from one individual. Her name is Quianna Edwards she is a Relationship Banker. She was kind, honest open and professional. I enjoyed my time with her and Truist is lucky to have such a dedicated, thoughtful and caring employee. Treat her well, she is a gem
When I arrived I had to wait 10 minutes before helping me. Went to make a deposit and get change for my job. She typed the account number in looked at me twice then ask me for ID for change. Excuse me you ask for a ID for $126 worth of change but didn't ask me for ID for the deposit.
Tells me I can't deposit cash into my mother's account because of money laundering. I will have to go with another bank
