In 2026, all banks should have apple pay capabilities. I couldn't get into the bank because the door wouldn't unlock unless I have physical card present. I had the card in my phone and it didn't work. It seems like this bank doesn't wanna keep tech current and that is creating frustration for client. Hopefully an executive will read this message and start executing. It's actually not the first truist bank that I visited that had no apple pay capabilities. It just sucks this is not cool

I had such a great experience with Truist thanks to Rubin! I called the branch needing some paperwork, and Rubin assisted me over the phone with such professionalism and care. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, taking the time to fully understand the situation and walk me through the process. Newer facility so it’s nice and clean! The staff is wonderful as well. Maria has been a pleasure to work with - and the manager Jen is amazing. Park in the garage free for 90-minutes - but you have to have them give you a validation ticket !!
