I really love the individuals that work at this location but that ATM! I always have to pay fees finding a closer bank. The touchscreen is awful and you have to press the same prompt 20 times just for it to take. 7/10 times it’s down completely. This is the only Truist location with this bad of an ATM. Yesterday it was stuck on loading forever so I had to go across the street, 3.00 in fees from that bank and whatever fees from Truist. That’s a shame and it’s not right. It’s not the consumers fault but we pay for it.
