Great bank and service - Alexander is great - very vigilant and really helpful.

I would not recommend this bank unless you enjoy stress. The Lititz branch is much more helpful and efficient.
This specific branch is the worst I've ever had to deal with. The bank manager doesn't call you back. I tried to reach him multiple times and never heard back even after they took my name and number and told me they would have him reach out to me. Don't bank here.
