I rated the service a 1 because the experience at this Truist branch was extremely disappointing. From the moment I walked in, no one greeted or acknowledged me—they just stared. I had to initiate everything, including asking for help. The associate I dealt with was very rude and unprofessional. He barely wanted to assist me and told me I couldn’t get a debit card at the branch, even though I had received one from another location in the past. this isn't for the local branch it's the company review. I tried getting through due to unauthorized activity on my account they said call back during normal business hours and this is for a business account. Piss poor customer service, unavailable online login, zero "scheduled maintence messages" to give you assurances your money is secure. if i ran by business this way i wouldn't have one.
This a hidden little treasure from Truist Banking. This location gives you concierge service! The service they give goes above and beyond any other banks that I’ve been to.

This atm did not work I am leaving SunTrust I wasted 45mins in traffic to get here and it will not let me pull cash out I am done with this company they are unreliable
