I came to this branch because I needed an authorized representative to fill out a portion of my I-9 form for a new job. I recently got hired for a remote position and due to the fact that documents need to be physically verified, I was instructed to use a local bank officer or public notary as an authorized representative. I only used the atm. It worked. That was good enough for me! I avoided bank fees and atm fees.

Avoid at all costs. This is the worst branch I have ever visited . Absolutely horrible customer service and incredibly long wait. They only have one teller working and they are incredibly slow . The other people just sit around and watch the line . I literally waited behind one person for 45 minutes and decided to leave. The tellers have 0 personality and need to get manager approval for every small transaction. This property is embarrassing you Truist … do better …
