Avoid at all costs. This is the worst branch I have ever visited . Absolutely horrible customer service and incredibly long wait. They only have one teller working and they are incredibly slow . The other people just sit around and watch the line . I literally waited behind one person for 45 minutes and decided to leave. The tellers have 0 personality and need to get manager approval for every small transaction. This property is embarrassing you Truist … do better …

I rated the service a 1 because the experience at this Truist branch was extremely disappointing. From the moment I walked in, no one greeted or acknowledged me—they just stared. I had to initiate everything, including asking for help. The associate I dealt with was very rude and unprofessional. He barely wanted to assist me and told me I couldn’t get a debit card at the branch, even though I had received one from another location in the past.
